Information you give us

The forms on this site ask for your name, email address, and optionally a phone number and a short message about your situation. Some forms also ask roughly where you are in your situation and what you would like to happen, so that a reply is actually useful.

You choose what to send. Nothing on this site requires you to create an account, and we do not ask for financial account numbers, loan numbers, or documents through the website.

Information collected automatically

If you arrive from a QR code, a text message or an advertisement, the link may carry campaign tags telling us which one you came from. We keep those for the duration of your visit so that if you contact us, we know which material reached you.

This is stored in your browser and in a cookie that expires after about thirty days. It records the campaign, not you. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser data.

How your information is used

To reply to you, and to have a useful conversation about your situation. That is the whole of it.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone who wants to market to you.

Third-party services

The site is hosted by a commercial web host, which keeps standard server logs.

We intend to add Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. Analytics is not active on this site at the time of writing.

A later phase will add form processing, appointment scheduling and a customer relationship manager so that enquiries reach us reliably. This page will be updated to name those services, and what each one receives, before any of them go live.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them to help you, and to meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to a licensed real estate practice in Texas.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time and we will stop.

Most browsers let you refuse cookies. This site works without them; you would simply lose the campaign attribution described above.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

If what we collect or how we use it changes, this page changes with it, and the date below changes too.
